    Hi, have you got the update problem fixed? If not, please go to update the Operating System and System Program first. After that download the vehicle software. If you have problem connecting to our server, please check your firewall settings. If there is still any other problem, please write to support@autel.com for quick help. Thanks!

                        Your servers aren't working correctly or are overloaded as usual. See the update in messages and on tool (mini) but all downloads fail repeatedly even after refresh showing update again 12/7/15. Fix the issue please

     Did you receive the message "Install failed"? If this is the case, press "ES file Explorer" on Maxisys, go to Local/sdcard/scan/, and find the “Download” folder, please delete it. (Keep pressing this folder, it will pop up some options for you to choose, including the delete option.). After deleting, please try to download it again.

                         No,it just didn't download period so no need to start deleting non-existent file stuck in downloads. Server operational at the moment so completed Volvo update with no issues as far as installation.
